Dr. Chin is a clinical fellow and supervisor at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a charter counsellor psychologist at the British Psychological Society, a certified fourth-level counsellor at the Australian Counselling Association, and a certificated counsellor and supervisor at the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. In his early years, he studied psychology and philosophy , and graduated from the Monash University in the Australia. He subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Master of Christ Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He completed his Ph.D. in Family Therapy at North Central University in the United States, specializing in child and adolescent development. Dr. Chin specializes in adolescent issues, family relationships, and addiction.

錢鋒博士 為美國婚姻及家庭治療協會的臨床院士及督導，英國心理學會的特許輔導心理學家，澳洲輔導協會的四級認證輔導員,以及香港專業輔導協會的認證輔導師及督導。他早年主修心理學和哲學，並畢業於澳洲蒙納殊大學。其後他取得香港理工大學家庭本位及家庭治療碩士學位，以及中文大學崇基學院基督研究碩士學位。最後，他修畢美國中北大學的家庭治療哲學博士課程，主修兒童及青少年發展。錢博士專長處理青少年問題、家庭關係及沉溺問題等。

Ms. Ivy Tam has been working in the pediatric field since obtaining her professional qualification as an Occupational Therapist from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She worked in a rehabilitation centre in the United States for five years and obtained a Master degree in Public Health Promotion there. She returned to Hong Kong and worked as the supervisor for a team of over 40 therapists in a government sub-vented organization.
Ms. Tam founded the Fundamentals Child Development Centre Limited in 2011, performed as the Director and chief Occupational Therapist. Then, she obtained a master degree in Counselling and Family Therapy as she realized an increasing need in helping clients and their families with mental health crises. She believes that holistic wellness is important and it is an integration of mental and physical wellness, not only for the individual client, but also for the significant others involved.
Academically, Ms. Tam was the clinical educator for students in the Occupational Therapy Programs provided by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tung Wah College and Monash University in Australia. She was also a guest speaker for the Master Program in Occupational Therapy provided by Hong Kong Polytechnic University and SEN classes for both in-service teachers and undergraduate students in the Education University of Hong Kong. Ms. Tam was employed as a Project Manager in the Education University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2018. She was responsible for case management and project coordination of the Integrated Centre for Wellbeing (I-Well Centre). Ms. Tam has been a Senior Clinical Associate in the Occupational Therapy Program (BSc), Tung Wah College since 2019.

譚女士早年畢業於香港理工大學職業治療學系及取得美國威斯康星州州立大學公衆健康教育及推廣碩士。她曾於美國各復康中心任職職業治療師五年，幷在香港政府資助特殊兒童教育機構督導近四十名職業治療師多年，在兒科職業治療方面擁有豐富的經驗。曾爲各幼稚園、小學及中學提供駐校職業治療服務、教師專業培訓、及家長工作坊等；亦爲小區舉辦家長講座，擅于策劃不同形式的治療活動及家長輔導工作，期望能提升公衆對特殊學習需要的認識及教育質素。
譚女士於2011年開辦了建基兒童發展中心有限公司，並任中心課程總監及職業治療師統籌。再於香港伯特利神學院取得基督教婚姻及家庭治療碩士後，更積極關注特殊學習需要個案的家庭、致力推廣整全健康(Holistic Wellness)，希望提升公衆對精神健康、情緒困擾、處理壓力、及人際關係等等課題的認識。
在教學方面，譚女士曾爲澳洲Monash University，香港理工大學及東華學院職業治療學科學生提供實習督導，亦曾爲香港理工大學職業治療碩士課程擔任客藉講師。於2013-2018年受聘於香港教育大學之特殊教育與輔導學系，負責統籌及推廣整全成長發展中心(I-WELL Centre)的服務。2019年開始，受聘於東華學院職業治療學理學士課程，擔任高級臨床講師。
